Sometimes shoots will contain a blank or subtle background so as not to detract from the clothing and accessories, (in this case a svelte minidress in one shot and a 60s full dress in another). Here in this Karen Millen campaign, featuring Australian model Jess Hart, the block coloured wall are as much of a feature as the rest of the campaign, arguably drawing even more attention to the boldly coloured pieces.
